House of Money Netflix hit ends with season 5

“House of Money”: Netflix hit ends with season 5!

Crime fans can expect the crazy heist story of “House of Money” to end in the coming fifth season. Showrunner Alex Pina promises an “epic war”.

In fact, the “House of Money” could have been over long ago (the plot already offered the opportunity). But the thriller hit originally produced for Spanish television became such a great success on and through Netflix that more seasons were produced.

Fans can debate whether or not this extension was good – in any case, it won’t go any longer than season five:

“Epic” war

Filming is scheduled to start on August 3, 2020 in Denmark and continue in Spain and Portugal. The plot should not revolve primarily around a new heist, but rather revenge for a beloved team member of the protagonist gang around the professor (Álvaro Morte).

Series creator Alex Pina promises that the resulting war “will be as epic as nothing we’ve filmed so far.” .

Probably Pina thinks that in the fifth season “House of Money” many criminals give up the spoon in a short time and in a way that is typical for series.

Pina also says that we will get to know Denver’s childhood friend Manila (Belén Cuesta) much better in the ten 123 MOVIES episodes and will witness a duel between Sierra (Najwa Nimri) and the professor.

The new ones in the team

The well-known, still living main line-up will be supplemented in Season 5 by the newcomers Miguel Ángel Silvestre (the Lito from “Sense8”) and Patrick Criado, who is mainly known from Spanish productions. The two will play opponents of the professor who are at least as smart as the criminal mastermind.

This year we have already thought about how things could go on in the fifth season of “House of Money”:
